Exercise to Get Rid of Forehead Wrinkles
By Rebecca Shepherd, under Forehead Wrinkles.
Contrary to popular belief, exercise does play a major role in getting rid of forehead wrinkles; it’s just not the kind of exercise you’d think. Sure, healthy aerobic exercise and a nutritious diet can help keep your skin and body healthy, but facial exercise will do more in helping you prevent wrinkles on your forehead than body exercise ever could. Then again, both can work hand-in-hand for a better-looking you, but I digress.
The reason why facial exercises are so important in wrinkle management is because the natural facial expressions you use when expressing emotions or when speaking with others can help in producing wrinkles. The same creases that you make when you laugh, smile, frown, or whatnot will eventually develop into age-worn wrinkles once your skin isn’t supple enough to smoothen itself out or once your body’s collagen production drops. In a sense, because making facial expressions is as natural as breathing to us human beings, wrinkles are truly unavoidable even if you’re a healthy and well-adjusted person.
How to do Facial Exercises
Facial exercises are as easy to do as warm up exercises during gym class. You just need to know the proper instructions and how many times you need to repeat the exercises in a given session. They are quite stimulating because they help improve blood circulation and relieve muscle tension, which should also improve the overall appearance of your face. Doing facial exercises is the natural way to achieve a supple, wrinkle-free face.
To help prevent the onset of forehead wrinkles, do the following: place your pointer fingers above your eyes and pull down your eyes while lifting your eyebrows. This should help stretch the muscles on your forehead. Repeat this ten times. Afterwards, massage your face with your hands and stroke your whole face with both hands from your cheeks to over your forehead.
On that note, you can only do so much with facial exercising once your forehead already has wrinkles on it. You can probably help delay the inevitable, but once the aging process starts, preventive measures become moot. During such circumstances, it’s best to turn to the kind of product that’s alleged to be "faster than a facelift".

Wrinkles on Forehead at Young Age
By Rebecca Shepherd, under Forehead Wrinkles.
Getting wrinkles on your forehead is one of the most frequent problems faced by many people, young or old alike. Some individuals even get wrinkles on forehead in as early as their teenage years!
If you are like me who have a few vertical and horizontal lines on my face, specifically on the forehead area, even though I’m just in my 20′s, then I’m sure you’ll want information on how to reduce those wrinkles. For the benefit of some lucky people who have no traces of wrinkles yet, below are some tips on how to slow down the formation of these "terrible lines":
1. Always apply sunscreen when you go outdoors
The harmful rays of the sun are one of the main causes of wrinkles on forehead, even if you are not that old. Therefore, you must reduce sun damage on your skin by relying on sunscreen with the appropriate SPF. Bear in mind that not only old people can get wrinkles — young ones do, too.
2. Drink the proper amount of H2O daily
Well-hydrated skin means better protection against wrinkles. To do this, you should drink at least eight glasses of water on a daily basis.
3. Apply a good wrinkle cream daily before bed time
It is good to start putting on a wrinkle cream on your face, especially on your forehead, even if you feel that you are still young. In this way wrinkle formation can be prevented from speeding up.
For people who have forehead and facial wrinkles, there is still hope. There are a variety of products that claim to reduce the appearance of wrinkles on your face. I myself have tried many treatments. It breaks my heart when every product I tried did not live up to the promise. I have even spent a lot on Botox as early as my 20′s, but I feel that the results are not enough.
It’s a good thing I have discovered a new product that really surpassed my expectations. Even my husband was encouraged to try it after seeing the significant improvement on my face! You too can experience a miracle! Click here to read my story: Treatment for Wrinkles on Forehead

Surgery to Remove Forehead Wrinkles
By Rebecca Shepherd, under Forehead Wrinkles.
For many people, cosmetic surgery is wrinkle removal’s final frontier. To be more specific, cosmetic surgery is mostly reserved as a last resort. Joan Rivers and the late Michael Jackson clearly illustrate the pitfalls of extreme cosmetic surgery, which is why not-so-permanent alternatives like topical creams and Botox are all the rage nowadays. Then again, for every cosmetic horror story out there, they are hundreds more that benefit from moderate cosmetic changes. After all, getting rid of a few lines and saggy skin around your eyes shouldn’t be that hard, right?
The Many Types of Cosmetic Surgery For Forehead Wrinkles
When it comes to forehead wrinkles, all you really need is a forehead lift. This type of surgery specifically "corrects" dropping or sagging eyebrows as well as the creases and lines on your forehead that you want to get rid of right away. If you want to undergo something less permanent, then try out microdermabrasion. It’s a pricey kind of skin peel that uses aluminum-oxide crystals to slowly sand out your forehead until you get the desired smoothness. It’s effective, but since it has to be done in several sessions, you’ll need a king’s ransom before getting the youthful forehead you want.
If you don’t want your forehead sanded out like a block of wood, then perhaps Laser Resurfacing is the method for you. It’s a tight, intense beam of monochromatic radiation that’s used to remove a few layers of skin on your forehead until it’s as smooth as a baby’s cheeks. If you don’t want to burn your skin off with a laser, you can always try the non-ablative NLite lasers that instead stimulate collagen in your skin in order to grow and fill in your wrinkles.
For people who don’t have time to recover from laser treatment or have too sensitive a skin to survive the effort in the first place, then check IPL out. IPL or Intense Pulsed Light Therapy basically has all the benefits of a chemical peel and laser treatment combined without the nasty burning side effects associated with both. However, you still have to pay to the nose to avail of it; that’s just par for the course.
A Real Solution
To be true, all of the abovementioned surgical methods are very effective in removing forehead wrinkles because those types of wrinkles are among the easiest to remove. However, doing so will amount to using a torch – or a laser – when all you need is a match. You don’t need to resort to overkill in order to rid yourself of fine lines, puffiness, and discoloration around your eyes. There’s a better solution available.
